Want to See Captain America on Thursday in San Diego?  Fans posing as the comic-book hero are also in luck; Every hour, beginning at 11 a.m., USO-costumed women will pass out free tickets to “Captain America: The First Avenger” at the flagpole in Horton Plaza to the first ten people who come dressed as Captain America.  The movie is set to screen one day before its worldwide premiere at UA Horton Plaza. Fans, presumably decked out in red, white and blue, can line up for access to a free 10 a.m. showing — with star Chris Evans on hand to introduce the flick. Ticketed screenings (sans any movie stars) will follow beginning at noon.
